My roots began in the competitive housing market in the Las Vegas Valley. In a large market like that, a lot of the new and upcoming real estate tools and resources are readily available. It also allowed me to consistently close over 40 transactions a year to gain the experience of sharing my knowledge and success. Within two years of being a real estate agent, I began a team training and mentoring agents. Within 4 years of that, I got licensed and started a team in Southern Utah. I have a track record of fostering top-producing agents and getting them from mediocre to overly-thriving. I am a leader in my industry.
I am trained in Nuero-Linguistic Programming on a Master Level which is the same training some of the top negotiators get, like author of “Never Split the Difference”, Chris Voss. I want to see real estate agents who are professional, knowledgeable, successful, and fruitful regardless of the market conditions.
